Magdalena Kouneva

Magdalena joined in late 2007. She had previously been Head of the Legal Department at the Foreign Investment Agency, and a staff member of the EU Integration Office in Bulgaria. She also had a lively career as international consultant and technical assistance manager, especially in the Western Balkans. Magdalena has a wide range of interests in public administration, including internal control systems and better regulation issues. She studied law up to master level in Bulgaria, Italy and the US.

She coordinates CPM work mostly outside Europe in Africa and Asia-Pacific.
