Maris Sprindzuks

Maris is a founding partner of CPM. Before that, he was a Member of the Latvian Parliament and also served as Adviser to the Prime Minister. He has worked as a governance consultant in the EU candidates, the CIS and many other countries in transition. He has a wide-ranging experience in public administration and public policy, in both central and local government. Maris studied public policy, management and local government up to master level in Latvian and the US. He is the CPM partner bearing most responsibility for CPM's consulting activities in Latvia, where he's also based.
