Ugis Sics

Ugis is with CPM since 2006. Before, he had been Deputy Head of Policy Coordination at the Latvian Chancellery, and a staff member at the European Integration Office. He has worked as a consultant in Romania, the Western Balkans and the CIS. Ugis' specialty is policy management, including policy coordination and Centre of Government issues, strategic planning and budgeting, and the development of policy capacity. He studied political science and public policy in Latvia, Norway and the UK. In CPM, Ugis is responsible for following all work done by partners away from headquarters. He's based in Riga.
